Construction of M Park, a new retail project in Swidnik by M Core, is currently in progress. The facility, with more than 7,600 GLA, will be open in the first quarter of 2023.
M Park is being built at the junction of Armii Krajowej Avenue and Pileckiego Street in the eastern part of the city. This is the first project, not counting the extension of Galeria Emka in Koszalin, carried out independently by LCP in the development model.
“We started work in April this year. They are all progressing according to schedule. The development includes a retail park building with 12 units and a small pavilion that will accommodate small trade and services such as an optician or a restaurant. Customers will have 250 parking spaces at their disposal. The offer of our new facility will be available as early as spring 2023.

The grocery store Biedronka has become the operator of M Park Åšwidnik. In addition, the following shops will operate in the project: Rossmann, Action, Sinsay and Martes Sport. – Negotiations are under way for the last vacant premises. The group of tenants will be supplemented by further popular and well-liked brands from the following sectors: children’s, household appliances/RTV, zoological and multi-branch discount stores.
